SUMMARY

This position is intended to address a critical capacity gap within the Client's South Africa Engineering team.

The contractor will play an essential role in supporting engineering, compliance, certification, documentation, production support, and lifecycle management activities that are presently under-resourced or experiencing delays.

The selected candidate will assist in reducing delivery risks and ensure that the core engineering team can remain focused on primary development work, rather than being diverted to manage certification and compliance backlogs.

Key details of the role:

• Position: Electronic Engineer (Contingency/Contract)
• Purpose: Support engineering, compliance, certification, documentation, production support, and lifecycle management
• Duration: Required until January 2027
• Objective: Reduce capacity constraints and mitigate delivery and compliance risks within the engineering function
