SUMMARY

Team Lead – End User Computing (EUC)

Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for a Team Lead: End User Computing (EUC) to join our growing Managed Services team.

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in End User Computing, infrastructure support, and service delivery leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing EUC operations, driving service excellence, managing escalations, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes, and leading a team of technical support engineers to deliver exceptional customer service.

The Team Lead will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, maintaining service levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple environments.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
• Relevant Tertiary IT Qualification
• Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or higher)
• Valid Driver's Licence and Own Reliable Transport

Experience Required

• Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting datacentre and infrastructure environments
• Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later
• Extensive experience supporting Active Directory environments
• Extensive experience supporting Hyper-V virtualisation platforms
• Extensive experience supporting multi-vendor hardware platforms
• Strong understanding of server infrastructure and enterprise environments
• Proven experience in incident, problem, and escalation management
• Previous leadership or team management experience advantageous
