- Implement and manage stage-gate governance, ensuring business case validation and financial oversight for technology investments.

- Maintain risk registers and proactively manage enterprise technology and vendor-related risks.

- Govern multiple concurrent technology workstreams including infrastructure modernisation, ERP implementation, application delivery, systems replacement, and data migration initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project health reporting across all programmes using Green/Yellow/Red status reporting with evidence-based insights.
- Validate business cases, monitor CAPEX and OPEX expenditure, manage benefits realisation, and prevent scope creep.

- Identify and resolve cross-functional delivery dependencies to minimise operational and revenue risk.
IT Policies, Standards & SOP Governance
- Develop and maintain IT Governance Frameworks, Change Management Policies, Information Security Policies, and Software Development Life Cycle standards.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures and governance documentation are completed prior to production deployment.
- Conduct regular policy adherence reviews with authority to block deployments lacking required approvals or documentation.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for project documentation, governance artefacts, architecture decisions, and vendor contracts.
Business Value Realisation & Financial Governance
- Ensure all digital initiatives define measurable business KPIs and outcomes.
- Drive cost optimisation through vendor governance, contract oversight, and strategic investment prioritisation.
- Chair governance and investment forums to assess new expenditure requests against business priorities and portfolio capacity.
- Exercise authority to recommend project escalation, remediation, or termination when business value cannot be achieved.
Stakeholder & Executive Enablement
- Translate business and operational requirements into effective governance structures that enable successful delivery.
- Prepare governance materials, executive dashboards, financial reports, and risk registers for steering committees and executive forums.
- Manage senior vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Ensure governance continuity during organisational or leadership transitions.

- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile PM.
- Extensive experience in IT governance, digital transformation, PMO/P3M, enterprise portfolio management, or technology programme delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology portfolios, governance frameworks, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and financial oversight.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-wide project, programme, and portfolio governance (P3M).
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, change management, information security, and compliance standards.
- Experience in vendor management, SLA governance, and contract oversight.
- Ability to manage CAPEX/OPEX tracking, business case validation, benefits realisation, and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments will be advantageous.
