Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial and Industrial Broker, based in, Cape Town as well as Gauteng. The primary responsibilities include facilitating property sales, leases, and investment transactions within the commercial and industrial sectors. The role involves developing client relationships, sourcing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating terms on behalf of clients. The broker will also provide expert market advice and ensure a seamless transaction process.

Qualifications

· FFC Certificate (Non-negotiable)

· Competency in Brokerage and Sales.

· Strong Customer Service skills, including relationship-building and client management

· Proven ability to generate leads and close transactions efficiently

· Knowledge of property laws and market regulations in South Africa

· A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
