Role Description

Property Practitioner / Commercial Property Consultant at RE/MAX Panache located in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for residential and commercial property sales and leasing, property valuations, client relationship management, contract negotiations, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating property listings, conducting property viewings and inspections, sourcing new mandates, matching buyers and tenants with suitable properties, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and other industry stakeholders while delivering professional advice and market insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property sales and rental processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Valid real estate license
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Reliable transport
