Sales Manager - Speciality Foods (Poultry)

In this role you will report directly to the General Manager: Specialty Foods and work closely with the MD and CEO. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and commercial development within the Poultry sector by overseeing technical, marketing, and business initiatives across the Specialty Foods division.
- Oversee the commercial and technical aspects of the Poultry division
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while driving new business development
- Lead the implementation and execution of projects to drive volume and sales
- Collaborate with support function managers to develop sustainable, profitable business
- Conduct hands-on product testing and customer trials
- Travel extensively to liaise with clients and ingredient partners
- B.Sc. Food Technology / Food Science / Animal Science/ Agricultural degree is required
- Minimum 5 – 7 years relevant experience with an in-depth knowledge of technical ingredients and food applications
- Strong commercial experience and sound sales track record
- Knowledge of poultry, poultry ingredients, and poultry processing would be advantageous
