Do you have SQL experience and are able to extra data from the DB and link this to the Document Generation tool. Are you detail focused?

- Deadline driven with the ability to undertake multiple projects
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey these into user-friendly documents (including text, images, and workflows)
Responsible For
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Grade 12 and relevant qualification or certification
- Previous working experience as Technical Writer or a similar role in a software development environment
- Previous working experience in the creation of technical documents for software products, which may include text, diagrams, workflows, and visuals
- Previous working experience in the review and refinement of existing technical documents
- Good understanding of the SDLC and software development
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Advanced Word
