Our successful HR Consultants …
· source and short-list appropriate applicants for vacancies as identified for department managers
· guide the applicant selection process
· assist disciplinary and grievance enquiry participants to maintain fair procedures and substantiveness
· analyse HR data (eg. exit interviews; disciplinary hearings) and present insightful and added-value reports
· assist employees to resolve personal issues
· add value to line management by assisting them with performance consulting
· ensure HR administration is accurate and kept up to date
· strengthen the company’s vision, mission and values through
OD interventions
· co-ordinate EE committee activities and initiatives ensuring compliance with the company’s EE plan and EE legislation
· are committed through their actions to build constructive employee relations and resolve disputes.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), HR Diploma or Degree (NQF 5), great organisational skills, a proven customer service focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
