Our client is looking for a reliable, detail‑driven

Feed Mill Team Leader to support production operations and ensure high‑quality feed manufacturing. If you’re resilient, organised, and ready to lead by example, this role is perfect for you!

What You Need

• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
• 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of feed mill machinery & equipment (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail & prioritisation skills
• Resilience, persistence & reliability
• MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients & final product
• Manufacture feed according to formulas & quality standards
• Ensure staff follow procedures & maintain production discipline
• Troubleshoot production issues & equipment malfunctions quickly
• Minimise downtime through proactive problem‑solving
• Maintain accurate records & support smooth daily operations
