Overview

An established agricultural and manufacturing group is seeking a Permanent Production Manager for Animal Feeds to serve as an Operational Coordinator. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective operations coordination skills to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Salary: R 20 000 - R 30 000 per month

Requirements

Five years of customer service experience in the animal feed industry.

Knowledge of animal feed production.

Five years of managerial experience.

Valid drivers license with own reliable transport.

Excellent people relationship management skills.

Qualifications

National Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment.

Manage staff and execute strong administrative oversight.

Plan and organize daily production and coordination workflows.

Demonstrate leadership while maintaining performance under pressure.

Coordinate operations and maintain clear communication across departments.

Build strong work relationships while applying critical thinking and high attention to detail.
