What will you do?

We are looking for a vibrant, tenacious, determined individual into the Business Collections Consultant role.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/ Standard 10/ NQF 4
• Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5)
• FAIS
• Commercial Product knowledge
• TIA Accounts

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years Call Centre and administrative experience
• Minimum 2 years in the Business Insurance environment

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via IPA from both Brokers & Clients.
• Engage clients/brokers on non-payment and assist to secure a successful debit after your interaction.
• Retaining of clients on cancellations
• Monitor poor payment profiles
• Identify irregularities on payment & collections
• Manual resubmissions
• Offer financial advise on gap in cover
