About The Opportunity
A leading organisation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Supply Chain Graduate to join its Supply Chain and Facilities team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical exposure across supply chain operations, logistics, procurement administration, facilities management, and business support functions.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on experience and mentorship, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Buying, or Category Management.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide professional reception and switchboard support.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Manage meeting room and training venue bookings.
- Maintain and distribute internal contact lists.
- Assist with event coordination and RSVP administration.
- Perform general administrative duties across multiple business functions.
Logistics Support
- Assist with creating purchase requisitions and shopping carts.
- Support logistics quotation requests and supplier follow-ups.
- Assist with goods receipt voucher (GRV) administration and tracking.
- Prepare payment documentation for finance processing.
- Maintain logistics-related trackers and records.
Facilities Administration
- Support fleet administration and reporting activities.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, breakdowns, licences, and tracking systems.
- Assist with insurance claim administration and asset management.
- Maintain company asset registers and vehicle records.
- Coordinate service providers where required.
- Support facilities procurement and purchasing activities.
- Assist with GRV processing and facilities-related reporting.
Supply Chain Systems Support
- Assist with purchase requests and procurement administration.
- Maintain procurement and purchase-to-pay tracking records.
- Provide administrative support to internal business functions.
- Support accurate record-keeping and reporting activities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- BCom in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field; OR
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
