SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities to join a growing technology consulting environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys shaping architecture, mentoring development teams, influencing technology decisions, and partnering with clients to deliver innovative business solutions.

Based in Durban, this hybrid position offers flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with teams and clients. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead scalable enterprise solutions using React, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Define architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven, and distributed systems.
• Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native development.
• Ensure solution performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Mentor development teams and uphold engineering standards.
• Engage with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Support estimation, risk management, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years' software development experience with architecture and technical leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform/Bicep, distributed systems, and messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, observability tools, and Azure certifications advantageous.
