We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Agent for an international retail project based in.

You will support German customers across phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service for orders, deliveries, returns, and product enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries in German (phone, email, chat)

Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product info

Provide professional, friendly customer support

Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed

Record all interactions accurately in systems

Requirements

German B2–C2 (spoken & written)

Good English communication skills

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

Customer service/call centre experience advantageous

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends
