The Data Analyst – Analytics & Visualization is responsible for transforming large and complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics and high-quality visualizations. The role has a strong emphasis on developing interactive dashboards and data stories that support operational, technical, and executive decision-making. The incumbent will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain analytics solutions with a strong focus on visual clarity, accuracy, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance insights across large operational and technical datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards with a strong focus on visual storytelling, clarity, and executive usability.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring, KPI tracking, and executive decision-making.
• Translate analytical and business requirements into well structured, executive ready dashboards and reports.
• Apply strong development and scripting skills to support data preparation, analytics workflows, and automation where required.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team while also being capable of working independently on end-to-end analytics and dashboard delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytics outputs and visualizations.
• Document analytical models, dashboards, and visualization logic to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
• (Where applicable) Contribute to or leverage Kibana dashboards and ELK-based data pipelines for complementary analytics and monitoring use cases.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar analytics focused role with a strong emphasis on data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory), including:
• Data modeling
• DAX calculations
• Dashboard and report design
• Best practices for performance and usability
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and development skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to produce executive-level-reporting, including concise KPI dashboards and data-driven narratives suitable for senior stakeholders.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment, while also contributing effectively within a small, focused team.

Advantageous / Desirable Experience

• Hands-on experience with Kibana, including dashboard creation, log analysis, and visualization.
• Development experience using Python, with strong proficiency in Pandas and/or Polars for data manipulation, analysis, and preparation.
• Experience working with large scale operational, network, telemetry, or log-based datasets.
• Exposure to telecommunication or service provider environments with high data volumes and performance critical dashboards.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance considerations.
