POSITION INFO
We are looking for experienced industry professionals who can do more than sell products. We need individuals who can build trusted relationships, provide expert advice, and become valued partners to our customers.
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone with extensive experience in digital printing, textile printing, screen printing, or a closely related industry who is ready to work with high-value customers and grow strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key and platinum accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Manage and expand existing customer portfolios
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide industry-leading service
- Advise customers on printing solutions, production efficiency, and product applications
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the internal administration team
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports through the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales and account growth targets
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, logistics, and management teams
- Represent their brand with professionalism and credibility
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience within:
- Digital Printing
- Textile Printing
- Screen Printing
- UV Printing
- Dye Sublimation
- DTF Printing
- Related Printing Technologies
- Strong account management and business development experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions
Technical Knowledge Required
Candidates should have practical understanding of:
- Digital and textile printing processes
- Production environments
- Cost-per-print calculations
- Heat presses and related materials
- Print production workflows
- Customer operational requirements
- Equipment uptime and productivity considerations
