POSITION INFO

A global business is hiring a permanent Statutory and Tax Accountant in City Bowl. You will manage international tax compliance, statutory reporting, and process improvements across multiple entities

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Returns: Prepare Corporate Tax, WHT, GST, and VAT filings
• Financial Statements: Draft standalone and consolidated statutory accounts
• Audit Management: Oversee statutory audits and external compliance vendors
• Process Controls: Document finance workflows and identify risks

Requirements

• Education: Accounting/Tax degree plus CTA or Honours (p. 4). CA(SA) preferred
• Experience: 2+ years post-articles experience in international taxation
• Skills: Advanced Excel, multi-jurisdiction compliance, and ERP systems
• Pluses: Experience with Sage X3 and global organisations
