Our client is a supplier of the Food Ingredients and process raw materials in South Africa
Our client has an opportunity for an energetic individual to join their team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following :
- Build and maintain sound relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors, and business partners
- Provide technical support to prospective customers during lab-scale tests and production trials
- Liaise with suppliers and provide regular status updates and feedback on current sales projects
- Grow current business with existing customers.
- Obtain and develop new prospective customers.
- Accurate reporting and compilation of market information.
- Other related duties
Qualifications
- Matric
- Formal Tertiary education in Chemical Engineering or other related fields
Skills
- Specialized in industrial, chemical and/or engineering products for industrial market
- Competent in selling and marketing of tangible and/or technical products
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales and/or Industrial market
- Financial and business acumen / value-add thinking
- Must have own car and a valid drivers licence
