SUMMARY

Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Credit Note Specialist on a contract duration of 9 months.

To ensure the accurate, timely, and policy-compliant processing, approval, and reporting of credit notes within the monthly billing cycle. The Credit Note Specialist supports revenue assurance, compliance, and operational efficiency by managing credit note workflows, performing quality checks, and collaborating with finance, billing, and business stakeholders.

POSITION INFO

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

• Matric or Equivalent (Essential) A 3-year tertiary qualification minimum NQF
• Level 7 majoring in IT Systems/Data Analysis/Finance/Business (advantage).

Job experience:

• 3 years’ experience in credit note management, billing operations, and revenue assurance within a large organization, preferably in the telecommunications or financial services sector.
• 2 years’ experience in project management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support revenue assurance activities and executive reporting requirements.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and updating process documentation and policies to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Detailed knowledge of Siebel (advantageous).
• Experience in the telecommunications industry (advantageous).
