About the role

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations, agreed standards, and quality benchmarks. Investigating security breaches, accidents, and safety hazards, then documenting them in regular reports.

What will you bring

  • PSIRA Grade B or A
  • 5-years relevant experience (minimum)
  • Experience within the Facilities Management field, security, health and safety is preferable
  • ISO 9000 Audit preparation and experience

Skills required:

  • Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Security Incident Reporting
  • Report preparation
  • Presentation skills (Power point)
  • Administration skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of safety procedures and technology like CCTV monitoring systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge required:

  • Knowledge in ISO 45001 & ISO 9000 clauses
  • Incident reporting
  • Standard Operating Procedures on site
  • KPI requirements for site ie OHS safety walk
  • Dynamic risk assessment
  • Hazard Report
