To provide direction and expert oversight for the Bank's property leasing governance and administration. To ensure robust governance, portfolio risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial optimisation across the leasing portfolio. To transform the function into a strategic discipline, setting industry standards, driving digital maturity, and serving as the primary advisory and escalation point for complex leasing matters and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

A Degree in Business Commerce, Real Estate or Law.

Experience Required

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of leasing professionals to foster capability building and operational excellence within the function.

5-7 years Extensive experience in establishing, implementing, and enforcing robust governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls within a complex corporate real estate portfolio. Demonstrated expertise in portfolio-level risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal, financial, and operational risks associated with a large and diverse leasing portfolio.

8-10 years of progressive experience in Property Leasing, Real Estate Management, or related Property Governance roles, with a significant portion in a banking or financial services environment. At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity, demonstrating proven ability to lead and develop a functional team.
