About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Ford. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales of our diverse range of vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in meeting sales targets and enhancing our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase vehicle features and advantages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales goals and improve customer retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking sales metrics and performance.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and follow-ups, are completed accurately and on time.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage customer interactions and data.
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for client visits.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and developing sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of Ford products and the automotive market will be considered an advantage.
