Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator in Johannesburg East to join a company which produces high-quality water meters and provides state-of-the-art solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales administrative experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Essential: Matric qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Essential: Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
• Essential: Sage Evolution.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives and Managers by addressing their queries and inquiries.
• Process all Sales Orders promptly within one day of receipt.
• Issue quotes within two days of receiving the request.
• Assist in compiling Tenders.
• Ensure accurate categorisation of Sales on Sage Evolution.
• Handle customer inquiries and visits in person or via phone.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PM's products and services.
• Provide weekly Sales Order Received values every Monday for the previous week.
• Collaborate with Operations to schedule product deliveries (backorders) to customers.
• Prepare Waybills for dispatched products.
• Review and follow up on Backorders for customers, coordinating with production to meet customer expectations.
• Participate in Marketing activities, campaigns, and activations as needed.
