Purpose of the job: To produce bread in accordance with set specifications

Responsibilities

  • Bake plan calculations
  • Capacity constraints resources (CCR)
  • Quality management
  • SOP’s
  • On the job training
  • Stock management
  • Technical support
  • Attend Invocoms
  • Conduct Audits, awareness, training and compliance of Food Safety requirements, maintenance compliance, and Health and Safety awareness within area of responsibility.

Qualification Requirements

  • Grade 12 (matric) certificate
  • A Chamber of baking certificate

Experience Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ FMCG experience
