We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with Financial Due Diligence experience to join our specialist advisory division as a Consultant, working directly with the division lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with diverse clients across the globe, including startups, high-growth SMEs, investment funds, and companies in the emerging tech and blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide crucial support across a variety of financial consulting and advisory projects. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Financial Due Diligence (FDD): Leading comprehensive financial due diligence processes for investors and corporate clients, assessing target companies across various sectors.
- Financial Modelling & Projections: Developing and refining sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making, valuations, and capital-raising efforts.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Providing expert oversight for accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and board-ready quality.
- Treasury & Cashflow Strategy: Managing treasury functions and strategic cashflow forecasting for clients to optimise capital efficiency.
- Fundraising & Investor Readiness: Guiding early-stage and growth companies in the preparation, review, and optimisation of investor materials, including pitch decks and financial summaries.
- Tokenomics & Web3 Innovation: Designing and modelling robust tokenomics structures for blockchain and Web3 ventures.
- Ad Hoc Advisory: Delivering insightful, tailored advisory services to address unique, complex client challenges.

Requirements
- Qualifications: Qualified CA(SA)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of post-articles experience in financial services, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. Strong newly qualified CA(SA) candidates with dedicated FDD/deal experience during their articles will also be considered.
- Core Expertise: A proven background in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and a deep, foundational understanding of core financial and accounting principles.
