Lesaka Merchant is looking for a Business Analyst to join our CRM team within the Merchant Division. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who can lead large-scale initiatives, optimise business processes, and translate business needs into structured solutions.

Purpose

The Business Analyst is responsible for driving complex analysis, process optimisation, and operational improvements across the business.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing business efficiency, decision-making, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation for large-scale initiatives
• Conduct in-depth business process reviews, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Develop innovative, practical solutions to enhance operational performance
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Create detailed documentation, models, and reports to support business decisions

Required

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Minimum

5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis

Strong experience in process analysis and business optimisation

Advanced skills in SQL, BPMN, and analysis tools

Advantageous

• Professional certifications such as CBAP
