What You Bring
- Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years management experience within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant and event setting
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining service
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems including Opera PMS, Micros POS and EMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good financial acumen and commercial awareness
- High attention to detail and consistency in food, drink and service delivery
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage conflict and challenging situations with confidence and diplomacy
- Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and evenings
What You Will Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Foster a culture of continuous development, coaching and accountability within the team
- Maintain consistency in food and beverage presentation, guest interaction and service delivery
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling and productivity to meet service demands and cost targets
- Drive revenue, efficiency and guest retention initiatives
- Manage inventory, ordering, stock control and cost management
- Perform all required audits, daily banking checks and administration processes
- Manage team performance, scheduling, training and performance evaluations
- Facilitate disciplinary processes as required
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
