Junior Warehouse Manager assist with the daily supervision and coordination of warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Systems Skills: Computer literacy is essential, with previous experience working on a stock control and/or accounting system.
Warehouse Experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control environment.
Stock Control & Operations Knowledge: Proven ability to manage receiving, stock control, cycle counts, stock takes, reconciliations, and dispatch processes (including FIFO principles).
Communication & Coordination: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with suppliers, stores, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
Reliability & Compliance: Proven track record with contactable references, clear criminal record, ability to work accurately under pressure, and flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
