Our client, a leading BPO company based in Durban, is looking to fill the position of Recruitment Consultant.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • Previous recruitment administration experience.
  • International recruitment experience required.
  • Bulk recruitment experience required.
  • Experience within a call centre, BPO, or high-volume recruitment environment will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administration, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear criminal record.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong planning and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of candidates.
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-driven and deadline-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for international campaigns.
  • Experience managing bulk recruitment drives.
  • Experience within BPO, contact centre, sales, customer service, collections, energy, broadband, mobile, or hospitality recruitment.
