Our client, a leading BPO company based in Durban, is looking to fill the position of Recruitment Consultant.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Previous recruitment administration experience.
- International recruitment experience required.
- Bulk recruitment experience required.
- Experience within a call centre, BPO, or high-volume recruitment environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administration, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear criminal record.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong planning and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of candidates.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven and deadline-focused.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for international campaigns.
- Experience managing bulk recruitment drives.
- Experience within BPO, contact centre, sales, customer service, collections, energy, broadband, mobile, or hospitality recruitment.
