Our client, a leading BPO company based in Durban, is looking to fill the position of Team Leader – Mobile – B2B.
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for supervising and managing a team of agents on the Mobile campaign. The successful candidate will ensure that agents meet performance targets, maintain quality and compliance standards, provide excellent customer service, and follow campaign procedures correctly. Responsible for coaching, motivating, monitoring attendance, handling escalations, and supporting the overall success of the campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of Sales Agents
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets
- Monitor calls and provide coaching, feedback, and support
- Motivate and develop team members to maximise productivity
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards
- Track and report on team performance metrics
- Handle escalations and support problem-solving within the team
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- 2 years’ experience in supervisory, senior agent, or team leader experience
- International mobile sales experience – ESSENTIAL
- B2B experience – ESSENTIAL
- Good understanding of call centre performance targets and quality standards.
- Clear criminal record
