Job Context

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and highly motivated New Business Sales Hunter to join our high-performance sales team.

This role is not for account managers or relationship maintainers — we are looking for someone obsessed with opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business.

The successful candidate must be confident operating in a competitive environment and capable of building a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, cold calling, and strategic client engagement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years external sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate new revenue
  • Strong prospecting and closing ability
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 100% focused on new business acquisition
  • Identifying and securing new clients
  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Creating opportunities across multiple industries
  • Conducting presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Developing strategic relationships with decision makers
