SUMMARY

An established agricultural operation is seeking a Quality and Compliance Young Professional to gain hands-on experience within a fruit packing environment. The successful candidate will assist with quality assurance, compliance management, internal audits, health and safety administration, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing practical industry experience.

POSITION INFO

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Fruit Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Internal Auditing qualification and experience advantageous
• Previous exposure to post-harvest fruit handling, packhouse operations, or fruit production environments advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to travel, relocate if required, and work extended hours when necessary
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport essential
