Junior Retail Advisor – Mall of Africa

As a Junior Retail Advisor, you will play a key role in creating meaningful customer experiences while contributing to the growth and success of one of South Africa's fastest-growing retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver authentic and engaging customer experiences that reflect the Burnt Studios brand.
• Proactively approach customers, build relationships, and confidently initiate conversations on the sales floor.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their fitness goals, activities, and lifestyle.
• Drive sales through genuine product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, organisation, and cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with daily store operations.
• Take direction from store leadership and contribute positively to team goals and performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience will be advantageous.
• Candidates transitioning from other industries with strong customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, athletics, or activewear is highly desirable.
• Grade 12 / Matric will be advantageous but is not essential.
