SUMMARY

Hospitality Hire is recruiting for an experienced Systems / Support Administrator to be based at our client's Head Office in Green Point, Cape Town.

This is an urgent hire for a candidate with hands-on experience in Nebula and APEX, two of the hospitality industry's leading property management and reservations platforms. If you thrive in a technical support environment and know these systems inside out, we want to hear from you immediately.

POSITION INFO

About The Role

As Systems / Support Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for all system-related operations. You will keep hospitality technology running smoothly, from building and managing rates to diagnosing interface issues and providing day-to-day system support to operational teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Nebula and APEX system administration and configuration
• Building, loading, and maintaining rates across systems
• Checking and managing system interfaces and integrations
• Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
• Supporting reservations systems and operational users
• Assisting with ongoing system updates, testing, and improvements
• Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders on system matters

Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Nebula and APEX (ESSENTIAL)
• Proven experience in system administration and IT/tech support
• Solid understanding of rates setup, interfaces, and reservations systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff
• Hospitality industry background is highly advantageous
