We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the engineering and water solutions sector for an experienced

Controls Engineer (Schneider PLC). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong technical expertise in PLC programming and industrial controls to join a dynamic team.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement control systems using Schneider PLCs.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC software for industrial automation projects.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Technicians to integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Provide technical support, system maintenance, and upgrades.
• Assist with commissioning and on-site problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in PLC programming, with strong expertise in Schneider PLC systems.
• Solid background in industrial controls and automation.
• Experience in water, utilities, or process plant environments will be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
