What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading multidisciplinary technical and maintenance teams.
• Managing critical infrastructure including HVAC, generators, electrical systems, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services.
• Driving preventative maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
• Overseeing capital projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with all engineering, safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and technical risk.
• Supporting operational continuity through strategic planning and technical leadership.

• A Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
