As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised Sales Operations & CRM Administrator to support our sales team, maintain CRM excellence, and ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales pipeline.
The Opportunity
This is a critical role within our sales operation. You will work closely with our sales consultants and management team to ensure that leads, opportunities, quotations, proposals, and customer communications are accurately managed and tracked.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with software systems and sales data.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM.
- Ensure all sales opportunities are updated and progressing through the correct sales stages.
- Monitor pipeline activity and follow up with sales consultants on outstanding actions.
- Maintain high levels of CRM data quality and integrity.
- Generate pipeline, forecast, and sales activity reports.
Sales Administration
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Assist with tender and bid documentation where required.
- Track quotation approvals and client feedback.
- Ensure all sales documentation is correctly filed and maintained.
- Assist with contract preparation and onboarding documentation.
Lead Management
- Manage incoming leads.
- Monitor lead response times and follow-up activities.
- Assist with lead nurturing campaigns and customer communications.
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and client engagements.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Assist management with sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Coordinate communication between sales, implementation, support, and marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, CRM Administration, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional, customer-focused approach.
Advantageous Experience
- Experience in the software, ERP, or technology industry.
- Experience with sales reporting and forecasting.
- Understanding of sales pipelines and sales processes.
- Experience with digital marketing lead management.
