Functional

• Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the foundation’s strategic objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure funders, funding opportunities, and donations.
• Continuously promote the foundation’s mission, objectives, and offerings.
• Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with funders and donors.
• Manage and sustain partnerships at both local and international levels.
• Build and nurture networks of current and potential partners, funders, and donors.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive funding applications.
• Strengthen and enhance the foundation’s brand and reputation.
• Manage stakeholder relations and foster positive engagement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities that advance the foundation’s objectives.
• Stay informed of industry trends and the evolving needs of funders and potential funders.

Administrative

• Compilation of monthly and quarterly reports

Requirements

BA, BCom, B Soc Sci

• 8 years in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills, Kolbo and Power BI – not neg
• Holistic report writing
• Business networking
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Excellent administration skills
• Sound financial understanding
• Excellent written and verbal communication
