Location: Ballito, Kwa-Zulu-Natal, South Africa | Full-Time; Shift-based, 24/7/365

Required: A Senior Leader in high-pressure Operational and Relationship Management, with hospitality experience being a contextual advantage. Experience working in remote African operational environments is also a strong advantage.

Key Skills and Attributes

1. Exceptional language ability (English essential)

o High proficiency in English (A+/A/B+ matric, Cambridge level).

o Able to understand subtle word differences, tone, passive vs active phrasing.

o Journalism/ communications / narrative mindset is ideal.

2. Strong communication skills (verbal + written)

o Comfortably and confidently communicates with guests and camp managers.

o Good applicable use of communication strategies and demonstrable understanding of the flow and return of information.

o Warm, articulate, hospitality-appropriate presence.

3. Analytical / intelligence mindset

o Can gather information fast and accurately from WhatsApp groups, emails, and calls.

o Can build a clear situational picture and report to relevant personnel with clarity, detail, and accuracy.

o Can write notifications that tell the story without panic-triggering words.

4. Guest-focused personality

o Outgoing, confident, calm under pressure.

o Strong service mindset.
