POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain end-to-end architecture for business systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and oversee system integration strategies across internal and external environments
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and compliance measures
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency
• Lead and support Business Intelligence team initiatives and deliverables
• Prepare and present technical reports to IT Steercom and other stakeholders
• Maintain detailed system documentation, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps
• Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and business units to ensure successful system implementation and support

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field advantageous (equivalent experience and certifications considered)
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in IT architecture or systems design roles
• Proven experience working with ERP, CRM, and enterprise integration platforms
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles, cloud technologies, and API integrations
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Competencies: Strategic thinking, business acumen, adaptability, and innovation
• Non-negotiables: Ability to manage multiple integrations, enforce governance standards, and deliver scalable solutions
