POSITION INFO

Finance isn't confined to reporting packs and board deadlines. You'll be exposed to the operational heartbeat of the business, work alongside decision-makers, and play a key role in shaping performance across a growing hospitality group. The numbers matter—but what you do with them matters even more.

What You'll Do

• Own month-end and year-end reporting
• Perform reconciliations and variance analysis
• Manage VAT, tax, and compliance requirements
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insight
• Maintain strong financial controls and ledger integrity

What You Need

• BCom Accounting
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (essential)
• 2–3 years post-article experience
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Hospitality, leisure, hotels, property, or multi-site experience (advantageous)
