SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Removal Sales Consultant to join their Pretoria branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the client base, conducting removals assessments, preparing quotations, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Pretoria and surrounding areas.
• Conduct customer consultations and removal surveys.
• Prepare detailed quotations based on customer requirements.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirement

• Grade 12 (Matric) / Equivalent Qualification with Maths
• Minimum 2–3 years' proven sales experience.
• Experience within removals, transport, logistics, relocation services, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
