About The Role

In this role, you will keep our national sales operations running with total precision. You will catch errors before anyone else notices and make sure our clients get great service. This is an exciting office-based position where you will build a stable career in the growing green economy, serving on-site waste separation, recycling management, and data reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Execute administrative support to the national sales leadership team daily.
  • Build sales reports and analytics for executive and board meetings.
  • Keep our HubSpot CRM system accurate and update client information.
  • Coordinate, track, and follow up on business development leads and client queries.
  • Schedule national meetings, write down procedures, and track action steps.
  • Coordinate corporate tenders, prepare proposals, and check for compliance.
  • Audit sales documentation to catch critical errors before executive or client review
  • Maintain internal communication channels to align regional sales offices with head office.

What they are looking for

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales coordination or executive support.
  • Real experience with drafting and submitting corporate tenders is essential.
  • proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working experience with HubSpot CRM or a similar sales system is a big plus.
  • Matric certificate.
  • A relevant business diploma is advantageous.
