BIM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are consistently applied across projects.

Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure seamless project integration.

Perform model audits and quality assurance checks to maintain model accuracy and integrity.

Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and facilitate coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts.

Support project teams with BIM methodologies, Revit best practices, and technical guidance.

Manage model sharing, data exchange, and collaboration processes within Common Data Environments (CDEs).

Assist in the development and continuous improvement of BIM standards, templates, and libraries.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet client and project requirements.

Monitor project BIM compliance and provide regular reporting to project leadership.

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years' experience in BIM coordination, BIM management, or architectural production.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models on large-scale commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, or institutional projects.

Thorough understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and model management principles.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
