Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality, safari experiences, and revenue growth? Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Leisure, Safaris & Lodges to lead strategic sales initiatives and strengthen our position within the luxury leisure and safari travel market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across accommodation, dining, and leisure offerings
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Implement revenue management, forecasting, and pricing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with travel trade partners, agents, media, and key stakeholders
- Expand market reach through effective distribution channel management
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Support business growth and brand positioning initiatives
Requirements
5–7 years' experience in luxury hospitality, leisure, or safari sales
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong network within the luxury travel trade and safari sector
Experience in revenue management, forecasting, and pricing strategies
Strong understanding of market trends and distribution channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally and internationally
