Opportunity for a dynamic and commercially driven Luxury Hospitality Brand Ambassador to represent our brand within the high-end hospitality sector.
This is a pivotal role focused on building strategic relationships with hotel groups, general managers, procurement leaders, spa directors, and senior hospitality decision-makers. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence across luxury hotels, resorts, safari lodges, and boutique hospitality environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Brand Representation & Relationship Building
- Act as the face and ambassador of the brand within the luxury hospitality industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior hotel stakeholders and procurement teams
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, activations, and networking functions
- Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling aligned with luxury guest expectations
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury hotels, resorts, safari lodges, and boutique properties
- Create and execute strategic account development plans
- Deliver tailored guest experience and amenities solutions through consultative selling
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
Client Experience & Brand Excellence
- Ensure all touchpoints reflect premium brand standards
- Collaborate with hotel partners to customise guest amenities programmes
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving guest expectations
- Gather insights to support innovation and continuous improvement
Marketing & Activations
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, and experiential activations
- Coordinate sampling programmes, VIP gifting, and client experiences
- Work closely with marketing teams on content and hospitality-focused campaigns
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reporting
- Track performance against KPIs and sales targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
- Share market intelligence and client feedback with leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, premium FMCG, beauty, wellness, hotel procurement, or luxury brand sales
- Proven success managing high-value client relationships and driving business development
- Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations and guest experience standards
- Existing hospitality network is highly advantageous
