Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Support International clients.

Provide appropriate solutions and answers to complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions while following communicated procedures and guideline.

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms

6 months - 1 year in Customer service /Sales experience (Contact center/Face to Face experience)

Good Communication &computer skills.

Clear criminal and credit check.

Be able to work rotational shits. USA hours.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Grade 12 or Grade 11

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
