The Junior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing , improving and optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce production

lead times, improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and eliminate waste across production operation.

The role will support continuous improvement initiative through optimization , and implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.

Process Improvement and Optimisation

Continuous Improvement

Drive Lean Manufacturing , Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives

Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities

Support implementation and sustainability of process improvements.

Promote operational excellence and standardization across production areas.

Monitor and analyse production KPIs including efficiency, downtime , throughput, scrap and lead times

Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.

Provide data-driven recommendations to management for operational improvements.

Standardisations &Operational Control

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions.

Ensure process consistency and adherence to operational standards.

Support implementation of best manufacturing practices.

Project Management

Coordinate improvement initiatives with production , maintenance ,quality and planning departments.

Track projects progress and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Health, Safety compliance

Ensure all improvement activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree /BTech/ National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environment.
