5+ years sales experience

3+ years FMCG Milling industry experience

Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners

Results-driven and detail-oriented approach

Ability to work well under pressure

Good computer literacy

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs and feedback

Drive consistent sales growth and revenue performance

Support financial transparency and profitability optimisation

Work closely with the team to implement effective sales strategies
