An established financial institution specialising in rental finance solutions for businesses—and forming part of a larger communications sector group—is looking for a detail-oriented and target-driven Debtors & Collections Specialist to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong collections experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage high-volume accounts in a structured, performance-driven environment. Lucrative commission structure tied to monthly achievements.

POSITION INFO

• Debtor collections: banking, collections
• Debit order runs
• Legal handovers
• Cancellations and settlements
• Process journals
• Account maintenance
• Reconciliations
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant experience
• Active debt collection background

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma
• Credit Management qualification is advantageous
